100% made in the USA. Each unit is hand built and assembled by highly skilled craftsmen through every phase of the manufacturing process. Constructed entirely of Aerospace grade High Temp Carbon Fiber, Billet Aluminum and Stainless Steel. These mufflers weigh less than 6 lbs each, a fraction of other mufflers on the market. These mufflers also offer superior heat dissipation, the carbon shells run up to 200 degrees cooler than steel mufflers and in most conditions run cool to the touch. The Jackpot Carbon billet muffler offers a truly unique low frequency, thumping exhaust note along with maximum performance.

Carbon Fiber
Used widely in aerospace and Formula 1 racing, carbon fiber is an expensive but ideal material for a muffler body as it is extremely durable, extremely lightweight, and offers superior heat dissipation.  Our Jackpot Carbon Billet mufflers start with aerospace grade autoclaved Carbon Fiber muffler shells which are super durable, super light weight, and allow for maximum strength and insulation of heat. These carbon fiber shells feature hand laid pre-preg carbon fiber material which is layered in a two twill pattern over precise tool steel dies. High temp, UV resistant, satin resin is utilized for a beautiful high tech lasting finish. Finally, they are autoclaved for maximum reliability and exact precise tolerances.

CNC Machined Billet Inlet / Endcap
Inlet and Outlet Caps, along with the Mounting Brackets are precisely CNC machined from solid 6061 Billet Aluminum stock which are then polished to a mirror finish. "Multi-Directional" Slash Cut endcaps allow for "Slash-Up, Slash-Down, Slash-Out, Slash-In" configuration. Billet End Caps have "cavity machining" for lightweight and allows the end caps to be packed with heat insulating Silent Sport Premium as well. Billet Mounting Brackets are precisely machined to match the radius of the muffler shell for maximum "footprint". They are secured with high sheer strength stainless steel rivets that penetrate through the carbon fiber shell into precisely formed stainless steel inner backing plates. Mounting bolt threads are machined deep and full length, with new bolt/washers included. Billet Inlet Caps feature oversize spigot runners and full length, press fit, stainless steel inserts for maximum strength and precise fit onto OEM headpipes. Stainless steel low profile exhaust clamps are included. End Caps are carefully bonded and secured to the carbon fiber shells with a 2000 degree aerospace bonding agent, then four stainless steel button head screws are loctited into place for an extremely precise fit.

Dyno developed for maximum performance and high quality sound the Jackpot carbon Billet mufflers utilize full floating, full length stainless steel cores. This design allows the core to expand and contract through repeated heat cycles with no chance of fatigue or failure. These cores are full length and actually longer than the muffler body itself for a smooth low frequency exhaust tone with maximum performance.  Mufflers/cores are packed exclusively with long lasting Silent Sport Premium from Germany, the world's best muffler packing.
